Electroplating & Polishing
We specialize in crafting engraved rollers that consistently produce precise and accurate prints. Our advanced copper plating process ensures uniform, fine-grained hard copper deposits. With polishing expertise from Daetwyler, we achieve outstanding precision, maintaining cylinder parallelism within ±3 microns over 1000 mm. Our rollers can be manufactured in lengths of up to an impressive 2500 mm.
Electronic Engraving

Coating Rollers/Anilox Rollers

Cell with Channel: These interconnected channels ensure uniform distribution of inks, lacquers, chemical coatings, and adhesives on the substrate. Best suited for coating weights between 0.5 and 4.0 gsm.
Truncated Pyramid Cell: Commonly used in flexographic (anilox) applications for solid and heavy-line printing, these flat-bottom cells are easy to clean and maintain. Ideal for stationery, notebook ruling, and corrugated packaging industries.
Hexagonal Cell: With a relatively shallow depth, these cells deliver greater ink volume than other geometries at the same screen count, ensuring smoother, cleaner solid prints. Perfect for coating, lamination, and specialty printing applications.
Trihelical Pattern: Designed for water-based coatings, this pattern features open-flow channels that create a flooding effect. It performs exceptionally well with viscous materials, making it ideal for adhesive and lacquer coatings.
Embossed/laser engraving
